Those experiences shape how I approach the work today: ask direct questions, make responsibilities clear, and give people a plan they can use.

Teaching has shaped that approach too. For more than a decade, I have taught master's-level courses for Air Command and Staff College. Explaining an idea makes me examine what I understand and where I still have questions. I bring that same habit to the tools I build, the guides I share, and the conversations around Mr Lightspeed.

Mr Lightspeed is more than a name or a website to me. It is where I share the work, questions, and lessons that have shaped how I think. Some of that work is practical. Some of it is still taking shape. I would rather show the process honestly than pretend every answer arrived fully formed.

To everyone who reads, asks a question, challenges an idea, or shares the work: thank you. You are part of why I keep building in public. I want to respect your attention and speak plainly, including when I do not have every answer or when something falls outside my role.
