This Privacy Policy explains how Lightspeed Crypto Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company operating in Virginia, processes personal information through the Mr Lightspeed website, its inquiry forms, and the S.A.R.A.H. Telegram bot that it operates (collectively, the Services). In this Policy, Mr Lightspeed, we, us, and our refer to Lightspeed Crypto Services, LLC.
This Policy does not control Telegram, OpenAI, Google, PostHog, Sentry, Linear, hosting providers, linked platforms, block explorers, exchanges, wallets, or other third parties. Their own terms and privacy notices govern their independent processing. The current version and effective date of this Policy appear on the published Privacy Policy page.
We process the following categories of information, depending on how you use the Services.
Information you submit through Business Support. The inquiry form collects your contact name, reply email, inquiry details, a submission identifier, submission time, and the Website source that led to the form. You may also provide a Telegram handle, company or project name, and a public project website, token contract, or other project reference. Do not submit private keys, seed phrases, passwords, API keys, government identification, financial account information, health information, precise location, or other sensitive personal information.
Website and device information. The Website and its hosting and security providers may process IP address, request time, requested page, referring page, browser or device information, and similar network or diagnostic information needed to deliver the Website, prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, diagnose failures, and protect the Services. The Website also stores limited cookies or browser state for analytics consent, trust-center acknowledgment, form status, and security or request integrity.
Error and operational diagnostics. We use Sentry for error monitoring, performance tracing, and operational diagnostics. Sentry may receive error messages, stack traces, route and request context, performance spans, runtime logs or traces forwarded by our hosting provider, browser or device details, pseudonymous identifiers, and limited network information. Our configuration does not intentionally enable Sentry's default-personal-information collection, but an unexpected error, user-supplied value, or provider integration may still include personal information in diagnostic data. Do not place sensitive information in URLs, form fields, or messages.
Optional analytics information. Analytics are off until you affirmatively allow them. If you opt in, we and our analytics providers may process page views, page exits, referrer and campaign information, general device and browser information, consented interaction events, heatmaps, performance and error information, and pseudonymous event or conversion identifiers.
After consent, PostHog may also record a sample of eligible sessions. A session replay can reconstruct page layout, navigation, clicks, scrolling, performance information, and relevant browser-console or error events so we can diagnose usability and technical problems. Form-field values are masked by the replay client by default, and custom analytics payloads are filtered to remove prohibited direct-identifier fields. These safeguards reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every unexpected value is excluded, so do not enter sensitive information into the Website. The analytics-consent cookie records `granted` or `denied` for up to 180 days.
S.A.R.A.H. and Telegram information. The Website's S.A.R.A.H. agreement and Privacy Policy acknowledgment controls are evaluated in your browser. The Website does not create an account or send the checkbox state to us. If you continue, the Website opens Telegram with a general S.A.R.A.H. start parameter that identifies the entry path, not you.
When you message S.A.R.A.H., press a bot button, use the bot in a group, or add it to a group, Telegram and the bot may provide us with your public Telegram account information, including your screen name, username, profile picture, user and chat identifiers, group or membership context, interface language, the messages and files you send, and button or command interactions. A bot with access to group messages may receive messages available to it under the group's Telegram settings. Information posted in a public Telegram group is publicly accessible.
S.A.R.A.H. sends message content, relevant conversation context, and limited pseudonymous request metadata to OpenAI to generate, moderate, or improve a response. The bot may also process public links, sources, and tool results needed to answer a request. Authorized operators may review relevant Telegram messages or privacy-reduced operational records when reasonably necessary to respond, investigate abuse or a failure, protect users and the Services, or evaluate response quality. Do not send S.A.R.A.H. sensitive personal data, credentials, recovery information, private wallet data, or confidential commercial information.
Public and on-chain information. If you ask us to verify a public project, token, wallet address, contract, social profile, or other public record, we may process information that you or another person made public and combine it with the context you supplied for the requested review.

We do not use personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use Business Support inquiry content or S.A.R.A.H. message content for behavioral advertising.
We disclose information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes above:
We may disclose aggregated or de-identified information that is not reasonably linkable to you. Third-party services may process information in the United States or other countries under their own legal and contractual safeguards.
Analytics are off by default. You can allow them, decline them, or turn them off later using the controls on the published Privacy Policy page. Turning analytics off stops future optional Website analytics, but it does not require third parties to erase information they lawfully processed before the change.
The Website does not currently treat a browser `Do Not Track` or Global Privacy Control signal as a separate consent setting. Because optional analytics do not start until you affirmatively opt in, use the Website controls to record your choice. We will update this description and the Website controls if our signal handling changes.
You can also restrict cookies through your browser, but blocking necessary cookies may prevent consent, acknowledgment, form-status, or security features from working as intended.
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose described in this Policy, considering the amount, nature, sensitivity, risk, operational need, and applicable legal requirements. Our expected retention periods are:
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process. These measures include encrypted transport, access controls, request-size and rate limits, analytics-field filtering, sensitive log-field redaction, bounded bot request storage, and restrictions on the information users should submit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Please help minimize risk: submit only what is needed, use public project references where possible, and never send private keys, seed phrases, passwords, recovery data, API keys, government identification, or sensitive financial, health, or location information through the Services.
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to confirm whether we process your personal information, access it, correct it, delete it, obtain a portable copy, or object to or opt out of certain processing. You may also withdraw Website analytics consent at any time. We do not discriminate against a person for making a good-faith privacy request.
To submit a privacy request without publishing a general legal email or postal address, use the Business Support inquiry form and begin the inquiry with Privacy Request. Provide the reply email you can access and only the information needed to identify the relevant interaction. Do not send credentials, wallet secrets, government identification, or other sensitive data. We may request proportionate additional information to verify your identity and prevent unauthorized access or deletion. If we deny an applicable request, you may use the same form and begin the inquiry with Privacy Appeal.
Requests about Telegram's independent processing, Telegram account data, or Telegram message deletion must be directed to Telegram through its controls or Privacy Policy. Requests about another linked platform must be directed to that provider.
The Services are not directed to anyone under 18, and a person must be at least 18 to use a Site feature that requires affirmative agreement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, use the privacy-request method above so we can investigate and delete it when appropriate.
We may revise this Policy when the Services, providers, law, or our practices change. The published Policy will identify its version, effective date, and a summary of material changes. Material changes apply prospectively after publication unless applicable law requires another process. We will retain a record of prior controlled versions and their effective periods.
The Services are operated by Lightspeed Crypto Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company operating in Virginia, under the Mr Lightspeed brand. Use the privacy-request method in Section 8 for privacy questions and requests. The ordinary Contact and Telegram routes are not designated for formal legal notices, service of process, or the transmission of sensitive personal information.
Analytics are off by default. You can turn them on or off at any time.
We only enable conversion analytics after you opt in. You can change this any time.
Rotating backups, provider systems, Telegram message history, or records needed to demonstrate compliance may persist for a limited additional period before deletion or isolation. Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained longer when it is not reasonably linkable to a person.
